| Abstract | Reviews proceedings of joint sea ice symposium hosted by Environmental Concerns Working Group to consider information on sea ice environments in Arctic and Antarctic, and to develop means of incorporating sea ice and similar data into analyses and models used by Scientific Committee in work on abundance estimation, determining variance, resolving issues of habitat use, and implications of seasonal, interannual and decadal variability in sea ice on cetacean populations and habitat. |
